Starkey Park Pet Portraits

There's something really special about the little places that become part of our everyday lives. For the past 11 years, Ruby and I have been coming to Starkey Mini Park almost every day. It's where we begin or end our days, disconnect from the busyness of life, and simply enjoy being present with our dogs and the people around us.

I've always thought it would be fun to capture the sweet faces and personalities of the animals we've come to know and love over the years. This little community has given us so much, and I wanted to give something back in the way I know best, through photography.

I hope these portraits become something meaningful to look back on over the years. A little piece of this time in our lives, spent with the animals we love so much.
